• Public directory data: entries for licensed broker firms, responsible officers and technical representatives — including company names, licence numbers, lines of business, registered addresses, and individuals' names and IA reference numbers — are compiled by automated means from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority's public register of licensed intermediaries and other public sources, then aggregated and re-published on this site; some company email addresses are gathered from publicly available web sources. This information originates from public records and is not data you provided to us directly. If you are a listed firm or individual and wish to correct or remove your entry, see section 5.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up where appropriate;
• To operate, secure and improve the site;
• To comply with law or a regulator's lawful request.

3. Disclosure

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except with your consent or as required by law. To operate the contact form, your message is delivered through a third-party email service (Resend) to reach our inbox.

4. Retention

Contact-form messages are kept until your enquiry is closed plus up to 24 months for reference and audit, after which they are deleted.

5. Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the right to access and correct personal data we hold about you. If you are a firm, responsible officer or technical representative listed in this directory and believe an entry is inaccurate, or you wish to update or remove it, you may also contact us via the email below or the WhatsApp button on this site, and we will action your request within a reasonable time.
